4. Destruction of Personal Information
In principle, the Company promptly destroys personal information once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.
- Destruction Procedure: Information entered for customer inquiries is moved to a separate storage after the purpose is achieved, stored for a certain period according to internal policies and relevant laws, and then destroyed.
- Destruction Method: Personal information stored in electronic file formats is deleted using technical methods that make records irrecoverable. Documents printed on paper are shredded.
